The proposed works comprise the careful internal and external renovation to the existing house at Harpenden Road, which is sited within The Aldersbrook Conservation Area and Lake House Estate. Heritage features have been diluted through periods of neglect and insensitive material addition. Our proposal seeks to repair and renovate the building to reflect its historic context.
