Abbie Whitehead Architects is an award winning practice established in 2017.

We create environments which synthesise the unique qualities of each site and the aspirations of our clients for bespoke solutions that are designed for life and wedded to the land. Central to our approach is the fostering of attentive relationships so that together with optimistic teams of highly skilled craftspeople, we create delightful buildings which are rooted in vernacular, context and ecology.

We are a small studio by design, with a rigorous commitment to quality, value for money and programmatic outcomes.  As such we take on a limited number of projects to ensure that we continue to offer a personal, tailored service.

Abbie Whitehead studied at The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL and the Royal College of Art, qualifying as an architect in 2014.  Prior to establishing her own studio she gained experience in the UK and abroad at award winning practices with a focus on the role architecture plays within an ethical, social and environmental framework.
