A contemporary extension which re-imagines the tactility of the white pebbledash existing Arts and Crafts house with a hempcrete rendered addition.

The proposal rationalises the connection to the garden by creating a new hardworking 'back of house' muddy boots, utility and workshop space. High level clerestory glazing to the side return brings light into this space whilst maintaining the existing garage height along the boundary.
