A new three bedroomed house sited on the footprint on an existing outbuilding in the grounds of a Grade II listed manor house in the open countryside. The hardworking plan also provides light industrial space for a classic car repair business. 

The design was carefully considered to reflect the local agricultural vernacular, working with an contrasting palette of lightweight timber frame and a robust hempcrete masonry plinth.
